Account & Data Deletion

KSCAA member accounts are created by the association, not through the App, so deletion is handled as a request to the KSCAA office.

How to request deletion

1. Contact the KSCAA office (contact details at kscaa.com) from your registered email or mobile number, quoting your ICAI membership number and requesting deletion of your App account.
2. We verify the request against your membership record.
3. Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed to you.

What gets deleted

• Your App login and access tokens
• Your profile photo, date of birth, blood group, father's/spouse's name, expertise and address details held for the App
• Your member-directory listing, connections and connection history
• Push-notification device tokens

What is retained

Your entry in KSCAA's statutory membership register (name, membership numbers and official contact record) is governed by the association's rules and applicable law, and is retained independently of the App. Requesting App-data deletion does not cancel your KSCAA membership.
